  • Followed a thorough process of user research and testing, frequent dev collaboration, and thoughtful user interface crafting as we built the foundation of Pocket Prep's products and Design System.
  • Led the hiring of our first intern and two senior level design hires. Acted as interim design manager during our manager's maternity leave.
  • Adhered to Agile methodology within the product team, with experience in Jira and Confluence. Led several product team retros with the engineering, design, and leadership teams.
